Abstract

The aim of the work is to analyze the relations of property management and its position in the real estate market. The work is focused on residential real estate. The first part focuses on the theoretical basis of both sides of the - the issue of property management theory and the theory of the real estate market. In the second part of the individual links are broken and management of utility property. It describes the various indicators of utility property itself and the impact of all forms of property management on the status of the real estate market. The practical part is performed in selected residential properties on the same available located in the same area.
