Abstract

Presented bachelor’s thesis describes current state of lighting technology of mining machines, maintenance workshop of mining company, technologies and types of lighting fixtures and lighting sources also possibility of replacement for newer models with better quality of lighting with lower electricity consumption. The substance of my bachelor’s thesis is focused on savings of electric energy in „Vršnavská uhelná a. s.“ with replacement of gas-filled light sources with high input in hall of vulcanization with LED, modern light technology. In conclusion of this thesis are named exact calculations of light return, savings of electric energy and returnability of all necessary costs to purchase new lightings.
