Abstract

This work is aimed to the development of human figure in sculpture from prehistory to antiquity, from which come nearly all European styles. Furthermore, it deals with very unique, unclassifiable sculptor Auguste Rodin, who lived in the 19th and 20th century. I was inspired by his work to create my sculpture. In practical part I describe how to create a model from ceramic clay, and after that permanent plaster model. And finally I describe the procedure itself works the production of casting.
