Hodnocení efektivnosti interních auditů integrovaného systému managementu u výrobce zabezpečovacích zařízení

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je hodnocení efektivnosti interních auditů integrovaného systému managementu u výrobce zabezpečovacích zařízení a navržení námětů na možná zlepšení. První část této práce je zaměřena na teoretický rozbor integrovaného systému managementu a na teorii auditování, kde je nejdříve zmíněn historický vývoj, moderní pojetí a význam interního auditu a také požadavky ISO norem. Dále je uveden obecný postup procesu auditování a soupis vlastností profesionálního auditora. Druhá část této práce je orientována na analýzu současného stavu provádění interních auditů u výrobce zabezpečovacích zařízení. Na základě této analýzy jsou poté navrženy náměty na zlepšení.

The aim of this work is to evaluate the effectiveness of internal audit of integrated management system at the manufacturer of security equipment and proposal of suggestions for possible improvements. The first part focuses on the theoretical analysis of the integrated management system and theory of auditing, where it is first mentioned the historical development of modern concepts and importance of internal audit and also the requirements of ISO standards. Furthermore, a general description of the auditing process and inventory characteristics of a professional auditor is described. The second part of this work focuses on analyzing the current state of implementation of internal audit at the manufacturer of security equipment. Basis of this analysis there are designed suggestions for improvement.
