Abstract
This diploma thesis is focused on using social networks for e-shop communication, that acting on heating and water-plumbing market. Objective of the thesis is to test and analyze selected social networks and based on results compile suggestions and recommendations. Emphasis is on social networks Facebook and Instagram. In the theoretical part are analyzed social media marketing and social networks topics. Emphasis is also on content marketing which is related to archetypal strategy of mark. Objective of the research was to find out how effective will proposed social networks and their content for e-shop given the amount of budget be. For filling the objective was used primary data received from statistics of social networks like Facebook Insight, Analytics and so on.
