Abstract
The topic of my bachelor thesis is the analysis of the competitiveness of the engineering company Ferram Strojírna, s. r. o. Competition and competitiveness are currently one of the most important factors for future business development and prosperity. Nowadays, every companies try to find its competitive advantage over other companies to stay on the market. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the competitiveness of the company using PEST analysis and SWOT analysis, Porter's model of five competitive forces and the analysis of internal and external environment.
