Abstract

This bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of employee remuneration. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to determine employee satisfaction with the existing remuneration system in a selected company using the questionnaire survey methodology, and to create proposals based on this survey recommendations for possible improvements. The bachelor's thesis consists of two main parts. The first part of the thesis deals with theoretical resources of employee remuneration, where the issue of remuneration is clarified on the basis of the study of professional literature and basic concepts are explained. The second practical part of the thesis deals with the characteristics of the selected company, the analysis of the employee remuneration system itself and proposals and recommendations for possible improvements. The analysis of the questionnaire survey shows the overall satisfaction of the employees surveyed, but a small number found minor deficiencies with the company's remuneration system. On this basis, proposals and recommendations have been developed to improve the remuneration system in company and to eliminate identified shortcomings. These proposals and recommendations include extending the offer and changing the structure of benefits, seeking clarity of the remuneration system for all employees, seeking sufficient information on the remuneration system and introducing intangible part of remuneration
