Abstract

This bachelor work deals with questions relating to locksmith goods and services. In its theoretic part I described various aspects which can influence company or corporation in its progress. Especially I targeted the characteristics of enviroment. Furthemore I wrote about behaviour of suppliers, public, customers and others who can have possitive influence on general function of the company. In its practical part I made an analysis of several companies using a method of marketing mix. I tried to find out for submitters which aspects influence the company´s function and what would be relevant to achieve the aim - to have satisfied customers.
