Příprava směrnice pro stanovení úrovně grafické podrobnosti informačního modelu stavby

Abstract

This thesis addresses the issue of determining the level of graphic detail (LOD) of a Building Information Model (BIM). Its goal is to analyze the current state of practice, identify key challenges, and propose a structured guideline for defining the required detail level of model elements in various stages of design documentation. The work draws upon both Czech and international standards, especially the methodology of the Czech Agency for Standardization, the Classification System of Construction Works (TSKP), the ČSN EN ISO 19650 standard, and the LOD specification by BIM Forum. The proposed guideline is intended for practical use in public procurement as well as private sector projects.
