Abstract

The aim of this thesis was to address how project management is beneficial for businesses. In the first part I deal mainly with explaining and characterizing the project management and its fundamental concepts. The second part describes the processes of project management, from planning to final implementation. The planning process is focused on the most common methods that are used with the project management. Finally, I evaluate how effective project management for organizations and especially what are its advantages.
