Abstract

The aim of the Bachelor´s Thesis was to prepare the so-called passports, i.e. records mapping the space layout, construction, technical equipment of building sections C, E, and F of the Civil Engineering Faculty, VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava, Czech Republic, and last but not least, to prepare an electronic record of staff locations. In the introduction of the Bachelor Thesis, facility management is defined and the concept of passportization explained along with its benefits it brings for facility management. Further, individual passports included in the practical part are defined. The following chapters describe facility management software support and code methodology summarizing the current situation. The practical part contains individual passports prepared via pit-FM software. Extent of this bachelor thesis is 37 numbered pages.
