Abstract

In this thesis there is described the overall company strategy, which is important to increase the companys value, based on proper management of it´s value with focus on sustainable and profitable growth, which is a prerequisite for maximizing the value of the company and increase its profitability. Also in this thesis will be described the risks that threaten the value of a company. The concept of overall company strategy is focused on human resources, economic and business processes. The thesis adjudicate these factors which are important for controlling the value of the company Evraz Vítkovice Steel, a.s.
