Abstract
This diploma thesis is about cultural policy, financing of selected scientific and municipal libraries. In this thesis author compares the financing of selected scientific and municipal libraries. Based on analysis of the financing of individual selected libraries author evaluates current way of financing and proposes changes in the ways of financing scientific and municipal libraries.
