Abstract

The aim of my work was to analyze present situation, external and internal climate of chosen companies, which are in business of creating teambuilding program and compare them. There is a short definition of sport and its economic aspects in the beginning, explanation of the term team, teamwork and the specification of its benefits for companies using teamwork in practice. Further, the term teambuilding and its forms are being explained. The work explains teambuilding as learning by experience through sport and adrenalin activities. There is also a short description of marketing and management in this chapter, marketing mix in the sports sector, managerial functions and strategic management, where are the characteristics of analysis, which are used in the practical part of the work. In the second chapter there is an analysis of the external climate, which is the same for all chosen companies and analysis of the internal climate separately for every chosen company. The comparison was made based on the analysis and it compares the companies in several aspects.
