Abstract

NOVOTNÁ, L..: Gap on the border of streets ZámeckáxDlouhá, Bachelor thesis, VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of architektura. Zdeněk Trefil. 2022 The subject of my bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of documentation at the level of project documentation for the construction of a gap – an apartment building in Ostrava. The basis for the elaboration was an architectural study, elaborated within the subject Studio Design II., my work was led by Ing. arch. Sandra Jüttnerová. Another basis was the partial project documentation for the building permit prepared within the subject Studio creation Va. Under the leadership of Ing. Filip Čmiel, Ph.D. The area of the solved work is located at Masaryk Square in Ostrava at the junction of "Dlouhá" and "Zámecká" streets. This is an addition to the existing development on a rectangular plot. The concept is designed as a seven-storey building with a basement and atrium. The residential function of the proposed development is adequately complemented by commercial areas on the first, second and third floors. There are office spaces on the second and third floors. The main issue is to create a suitable solution taking into account the historic existing buildings
