Abstract

The thesis deals with the issue of a company’s valuation. The goal of the thesis is to award the selected company by advanced income methods DCF – Entity and EVA – Entity. The introductory parts explain the theoretical basis of the company’s valuation, which is then applied on the selected company. In the practical part, strategic analysis and financial analysis are carried out, based on which a financial plan is developed. Based on the developed financial plan, the company is valued by selected income methods for the specific valuation date. The conclusion of the thesis is the evaluation and comparison of results.
