Abstract
The subject of this bachelor's essay was to project a Multifunctional House on a site n. 265/3 in Opava –the town part of Horné námestie. Multifunctional House was designet by urban pattern of bachelor's essay fundamental. Essay is composed of 2 parts. The first part consists of accessory and technical tale,handled by documentation to building construction according to law 499/2006 Sb and the second part of a proposal interior of stores and of apartments, handled by building drawing,according by referenced law.Essay contains problems off the Multifunctional House and its use in urban planning.
