Abstract
SKULINOVÁ, Liliana: The project of the sanitary-technical installations in the
apartments building for seniors with a café, diploma thesis.
Ostrava: VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering,
Department of Building Environment and HVAC, 2023, 110 pages.
The diploma's thesis elaborates s project of an apartment building for seniors with café.
The project is divided into a construction part and HVAC part. The project documentation is
developed within the scope of the documentation for the construction. Contains text and
drawing part.
In the construction part, a three-storey non-basement apartment buildings with a flat
roof and one single-storey non-basement café building with a flat roof are designed.
The HVAC part deals with sanitary installations. Internal sewerage with disposal of
waste water in the domestic waste water treatment plant with consequent infiltration.
Accumulation of rainwater for reuse in rainwater tanks and liquidation by soaking in surface
tanks or an infiltration facility.
