Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of physical security of the object. The aim of this work is to propose effective security precautions in response to the risk assessment of the current state of physical security of a housing construction site. The first part of the thesis is aimed at defining the concepts of general theory. The second part consists of a description of the selected object and site, a description of the existing security status, subjective security assessment and subsequent risk assessment through selected techniques. In conclusion, effective physical protection measures are proposed according to the recommended level of security and calculated the financial performance of recommended innovative measures.
