Aplikace povinností zakladatele a provozovatele soukromé mateřské školky

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce řeší aplikaci povinností zakladatele a provozovatele soukromé mateřské školky. Dílčím cílem bylo seznámení potenciálních zájemců i současných provozovatelů s možností volby právní formy podnikání a financování nestátních neziskových organizací, seznámit se s metodami a analýzami, s rozpočtem a dalšími atributy, které ovlivňují podnikání v tomto specifickém segmentu. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je analýza současného stavu organizace, provedená pomocí metod 7S, Balanced Scorecard, PEST analýzy, Porterovy analýzy pěti konkurenčních sil a rozpočtu. V teoretické části diplomové práce bylo vybíráno a zkoumáno, analyzováno a byly komparovány zdroje týkající se vymezení neziskového sektoru v ČR, národohospodářského postavení neziskového sektoru, vývoje počtu neziskových institucí v ČR, s orgány spolku a s orgány společnosti s ručením omezeným. Byla zjišťována jejich relevantnost a důležitost z hlediska zpracovaného tématu. Teoretická část je výsledkem syntézy. V praktické části byly provedeny analýzy a metody k ověření, zda má nestátní nezisková organizace předpoklady existovat. Při vypracování metody 7S bylo zjištěné, že organizace nemá vypracován etický kodex. V závěru jsou formulovány konkrétní doporučení a kroky k jejich uskutečnění.

This thesis solves the application of the duties of the founder and operator of a private kindergarten. The partial goal was to acuquaint potential candidates and current operators with possibilities of choosing the legal form of business andfinancing of non-government non-profit organizations, to familiarize themselves with metods and analysis, with budget and other attribute that affect business in this specific segment. The main objective of the thesis is an analysis of current state of the organization, carried out using methods 7S, Balanced Scorecard, PEST analysis, Porter's analysis of five competing forces and budget. In the theoretical part of the thesis, resouorced related to the definotion of non-profit sector in the Czech Republic, the national economic status of the non-profit sector, the development of a number of non-profit institution in the Czech republic, the bodies of the association and the bodies of the limited liability company were selected and examined, analysed and compensated. The theoretical part is the result of syntesis. In the practical part, I have carried out analyses and methods to verify whether a non-state non-profit organization has prerequisites to exist. When drawing up the 7S method, it was found that the organization did not have a code of ethics. In conclusion, specific recommendations and steps are formulated to implement them.
