Stavebně technický průzkum historických zděných budov

Abstract

Česká republika má velmi bohatou kulturní historii, ve které vzniklo velké množství historicky hodnotných staveb. Stavebně – historický průzkum těchto staveb má za úkol popsat stávající stav objektu jako celku, jak z hlediska stavebního, tak historického a architektonického. Velká většina těchto staveb má svoji životnost již mnohonásobně překročenou. Díky nezájmu vlastníka se objektu nedostávalo řadu desetiletí někdy i století patřičné údržby a je tedy vhodné zasadit se o záchranu historických objektů i pro další generace. V první části této práce jsem se snažil přiblížit historii zděných konstrukcí a vývoj opevňovacích staveb. V druhé části jsem popsal pomocí průzkumu a příslušných laboratorních zkoušek vady vybrané stavby.

The Czech Republic has the very rich cultural history that is responsible for the birth of a big amount of historical valuated buildings. Construction-historical survey of these buildings has to describe current state as a whole in order to include constructional, historical and architectonic point of view. Most of these buildings have exceeded their lifespan by many times. Because of the owner’s lack of interest, objects haven’t got appropriate services for many decades and it is necessary to start the rescue of historical objects for next generations. In the first part of this thesis, I tried to give an idea of the history of brick-built constructions in regard to the development of op fortifying construction. In the second part I tried to describe faults of the chosen construction according to survey and the results of particular laboratory testing.
