Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to draft river regulations to the selected section of the Lučina River, which falls within the Odra River Basin, in the cadastre of Silesian Ostrava, in the Moravian-Silesian Region. The modifications will be proposed on the basis of the evaluation of the current situation. The work is divided into several parts. The first part describes and evaluates the current situation. The next sections describe the theoretical principles to solve the issue and draft the river regulations to the watercourse. The last part is an economic evaluation of the proposed solution. The thesis has appendices which contain drawings of the proposed modifications to the watercourse.
