Zhodnocení spokojenosti, motivace a odměňování zaměstnanců v podniku technických služeb

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of satisfaction, motivation and remuneration system of employees in a selected technical services company. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the given areas and to propose measures leading to the increase of employee satisfaction. A questionnaire survey, a structured interview with the head of the economic department and observation of the working environment were used for data collection. The findings show that the majority of employees are satisfied with their work, but specific suggestions for improvement were identified, particularly in the areas of communication, benefits and working environment. Based on the results, economically sound recommendations were proposed.
