Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with evaluating the effectiveness of investment of copany SERVIS CIMAX a.s. The theoretical part describes key-stones and procedures of investment decision-making process. The practical part uses proven facts for evaluation of a particular investment project of the company. Attention is especially paid to: finding of expected capital expenditures, estimates of expected cash receivings, the calculation of net present value, return on investment, repayment period, internal rate of return and a method based on a free cash flow. In conclusion, the final evaluation of the investment is introduced.
