Návrh využití areálu bývalého dolu Petr Bezruč, Slezská Ostrava

Abstract

Úkolem diplomové práce je Návrh využití areálu bývalého dolu Petr Bezruč, Slezská Ostrava. Práce se zabývá urbanistickým návrhem území vyhotoveným ve dvou variantách s napojením na dopravní a technickou infrastrukturu. Navrhovaná řešení se opírají o získané poznatky, které byly v průběhu práce postupně nabývány a zpracovávány. Jedná se zejména o informace získané přímo z daného území (svažitost terénu, stav objektů nacházejících se na území, kvalita a zastoupení zeleně apod.), zásady vycházející z typologie staveb, dopravní a technické infrastruktury. Součástí práce je rovněž zapojení technických památek do celkového uspořádání území. Pro zvolenou návrhovou variantu je provedena ekonomická analýza. Celá práce respektuje Územní plán města Ostravy i platnou legislativu.

An object of the thesis is the Design of revitalization of Petr Bezruč colliery, Slezská Ostrava. Thesis considers urban project of the area in two variants with connection to a road- traffic and a technical infrastructure. Suggested solutions are results of many activities according to continuous particular projects. There are the informations obtained by reconnaissance of this area (sland of a land, status of objects in there, quality and representation of vegetation, etc.), the principles based on a typology of buildings, the road-traffic and the technical infrastructure. The part of this thesis is an involvement of technical sights to the area in the general. There is an economical analysis for choosen design variant. The thesis saves the municipal plan of Ostrava and the valid legislature.
