Aplikace metody FMEA procesu při výrobě potrubí a membránových stěn

Abstract

Téma diplomové práce bylo „Aplikace metody FMEA procesu při výrobě potrubí a membránových stěn“ ve společnosti VÍTKOVICE POWER ENGINEERING, a.s. V úvodní části je pozornost věnována zejména charakteristice konceptů a principů managementu kvality, plánování kvality. Podrobněji jsou popsány nástroje managementu kvality, normy a nedestruktivní (NDT) zkoušky použité u aplikace metody FMEA a poté samotná metoda FMEA. V další části je popsána společnost VÍTKOVICE POWER ENGINEERING, a.s., dále aplikace metody FMEA, kde se analyzuje proces výroby membránových stěn. Závěrečná část se týká vyhodnocení výsledků a stanovení navržených doporučených opatření. Následuje hodnocení stavu po realizaci navržených doporučených opatření.

The theme of this graduation thesis is the “Application of the FMEA Process in the Productionof Pipelines and Membrane Walls” in the company VITKOVICE POWER ENGINEERING, a.s. The introduction is primarily dedicated to the characterization of the concepts and principles of the quality management and quality planning. Instruments of quality management, norms and non-destructive (NDT) examinations used for FMEA method, are described in more details and the FMEA method alone is described afterwards. The next part describes how VITKOVICE POWER ENGINEERING, a.s. applies the FMEA method to analyze the production process of the membrane walls. The final part establishes the recommended proceedings based on the evaluation of the results. This is followed by the analysis of the situation after the proceedings have been realized.
