Abstract

STRAKOVÁ, Michaela. Apartment house in Český Těšín. Ostrava, 2025. Bachelor thesis. Vysoká škola báňská - Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Building Constructions. Thesis supervisor: Ing. David Hahn. The bachelor thesis deals with the preparation of project documentation for the construction of an apartment building in Český Těšín according to the Decree No.131/2024 Coll. The thesis is divided into text and drawing parts. The content of the text part is a technical report, thermal technical assessment of the roof, perimeter walls and floor and the structural design of the selected element, namely the steel girder. The second part consists of the architectural study and the structural drawings and lists of elements drawn up in accordance with the requirements for documentation for the execution of the construction. The building is detached, has no basement and has four storeys. The load-bearing structure is of the Porotherm system. The residential building is roofed with a flat roof. For its foundation are designed foundation strips.
