Pavel Vlček, Ph.D. The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the development of project documentation for the implementation of the construction according to Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., on construction documentation [1]. The thesis consists of a text and drawing part. The text part includes an accompanying sheet and documentation of objects and technical and technological equipment. The text part also includes appendices that contain a thermal technical assessment of the roof structure according to ČSN 73 0540-2 (2011) [2] and a static calculation of a monolithic reinforced concrete footing. The proposed production hall is located in the Vysočina region, in the town of Žďár nad Sázavou. It is a detached two-story building that houses production space, operational and administrative spaces.
