Abstract

This diploma thesis is focused on preparation of the population for self-protection and speecifically regarding to conditions city of Šumperk. This thesis defines basic concepts from this issues. Addresses the legal selfguarding of population, preparadness of population in the Czech Republic to self-protection, organization and management for protection of the population in Czech Republic and Germany. Analyzes the state of the education and preparation of the population for self-protection and self-assistance in general. The practical part of diploma thesis is focused on preparation population for self-protectin in terms of city Šumperk, resources and methods for the preparation of the population, suggested new forms and methods, rate the results of the survey in Šumperk.
