Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the topic of a residential building design in a scope of project documentation for building realization including the thermal assessment of the proposed constructions, the technological progress and the determination of costs and the construction timeline. Furthermore, the thesis involves detailed time distribution of individual works on the building and also the specification of financial demands in the form of the construction budget.
