Nabídka sociálních služeb azylových domů ve vybraných krajích České republiky

Abstract

Předkládaná bakalářská práce je věnována sociální politice a dále pak na její návaznosti, když primárně je zaměřena na analýzu azylových domů v Moravskoslezském a Ústeckém kraji, zejména zhodnocení nabídky této sociální služby. Teoretická část obsahuje přehled definic a vysvětlení základních pojmů jako jsou sociální politika, sociální služba, sociální prevence a dále charakterizuje službu azylový dům. V druhé části práce je blíže charakterizována sociální služba azylový dům, její právní formy, financování. V této části je blíže popsána síť azylových domů v Moravskoslezském a Ústeckém kraji. V další části práce je zhodnocení služeb azylových domů ve vybraných krajích, kdy byla použita metoda komparace. Ke zhodnocení byly vymezeny tyto kritéria, tj. počet azylových domů, počet lůžek, počet uživatelů, geografické umístění, výdaje na tuto službu, zejména objem výdajů poskytnutých vybranými kraji. V závěru práce byla zhodnocena nabídka azylových domů ve vybraných krajích.

This submitted bachelor´s work is dedicated to social politics and then continuity of it when primary it is focused on analysis of reception centres in Moravian-Silesian and Usti Region, particularly evaluation of the offer of this social service. The theoretical part contains an overview of definitions and explanations of basic terms such as social politics, social service, social prevention and then it describes service of the reception centre. In the second part of the work is a closer description of the service of reception centres, its legal forms and funding. In this part is a closer description of the network of reception centres in Moravian-Silesian and Usti Region. The next part of the work is evaluation services reception centres in selected regions where the method of comparison was used. For evaluation these criteria were defined: the number of the reception centres, the number of beds, the number of users, geographic location, expenses for this service, particularly the number of expenses provided by selected regions. In the end of the work was evaluated the offer of reception centres in selected regions.
