Zaměstnanecké benefity

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku využívání zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Sleduje daňovou a odvodovou váhu zaměstnaneckých benefitů a tlumení benefitů, které je dáno zejména hospodářskou situací jednotlivých podniků a projevuje se díky krizi. Na základě dotazníkového průzkumu v Čechách zjišťuje, o které benefity mají zaměstnanci největší zájem, které benefity byly v posledních dvou letech zrušeny a navrhuje vhodné použití benefitů v dané společnosti vzhledem k současné ekonomické situaci.

The thesis is focused on the issue of using of the employees´ benefits. It deals with taxes and other compulsory components of gross income. Futhermore, it deals with the reduction of benefits, which is influenced mainly by the economic situation of companies and which indicates due to the economic crisis. On the basis of the survey in the form of questionnaires in the Czech Republic the thesis shows which benefits are the most interesting for employees. It also adds information, which benefits have been cancelled in the time of last two years and it suggests a suitable use of benefits with regard to the contemporary economic situation in the society.
