Popis procesů a návrh systému pro Českou speleologickou společnost

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to describe and analyze the basic processes of the Czech Speleological Company according to their priorities and suggest how these processes can be sped up, simplified and improved. The main improvement is the development of an information system specialized for the company which provides easier communication among it's members and provides better transparency of information about persons and activities. The function of each group within the company is packaged into separate modules that allow adding new functionality without modyfying the original functions. The entire project is built on the principles of the RUP software development process and individual visual presentations or models are handled using universal graphical language UML.
