Abstract

Master thesis deals with valuation of company StaRS, allowance organization according property analysis. In the thesis there are methods leading to setting substance value of company applied on internal achievement valuation of company and possible privatization. Thesis consists of two parts. The first part deals with theoretical valuation of company and shows each methods used for setting of company value. The second part of the thesis focuses on valuation of StaRS, allowance organization,and its strategy and financial analysis made for valuation of company. Substance value of company is set according substance method and for its correct setting it was neccessary to valuate StaRS as sum of possession value reducted from liabilities booked in company accountancy and properties booked by municipality Třinec.
