Abstract

This thesis is devoted to the topic of remuneration. We look at them from both theoretical and practical point of view. The theoretical part include all important ideas from relevant literature associated with the problems. The practical part has been directed at depicting the present system of company and carrying out the research. In the conclusion of this thesis I recommend steps that could be taken towards the improvement of the current state of the employee remuneration in the company and could lead to higher satisfaction of employees.
