Automatizace nákupních procesů v podniku na energetickém trhu

Abstract

The thesis is focused on purchasing processes automation. Specifically, to determine the changes and consequences of automation in a chosen energy market company. Research was focused on identifying personal views and perspectives of procurement and procurement performance employees. Based on the results of the research, a plan of proposals and recommendations for improving the current situation was created. The theoretical part is focused on basic principles of procurement, procurement automation programs and companies providing these programs. In the part that focused on characteristics of the company is further specified the situation on the energy market, the market participants and the relationships between these participants. The practical part is devoted to the research itself, its preparation, the process of selection of respondents and qualitative analysis, which was chosen as the main research method. The research itself is aimed at identifying personal views and perspectives of procurement and procurement performance employees. Another practical part is the analysis of interviews in the form of thematic analysis. The conclusion is a summary of suggestions and recommendations to improve the current situation within those departments, followed by a summary and identification of the main proposals.
