Abstract

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is “Evaluation of Employees' Selection and Adaptation System in a Chosen Company". The aim is to assess the process of selection and adaptation of employees in the selected company and based on the results to make proposals and recommendations, leading to the improvement and enhancement of the process of selection and adaptation of employees. The first part of the bachelor's thesis describes the theoretical basis of selection and adaptation of employees, including the process of recruiting and hiring employees, as they are an integral part of the entire process of filling vacancies. The practical part begins with a description of the selected company. This is followed by an analysis of the current system of selection and adaptation in society. Subsequently, an evaluation and interpretation of the results resulting from the questionnaire survey was performed. At the end of the work are described suggestions and recommendations for improving the current state.
