Geometrický plán na rozdělení pozemku

Abstract

The scope of this thesis is a creation of a geometric plan of the Němčice u Holešova cadaster for a land division. The plan consists of real terrain measurements, calculation of geodetic tasks and graphical representation of land division in drawings. The geometric plan was made over digital cadaster map for cadaster real estate Němčice u Holešova where the cadastral administration controls cadaster for Zlín region, cadaster office in Holešov. Outcome of the thesis is a series of documents which will be submitted together with a request for a change in the cadaster. The geodetical plan must be made in accordance with the law no. 265/1992 Sb. [1] and the implementing decree 357/2013 Sb. as amended [2], law 200/1994 Sb. on surveying and on amending and supplementing laws related to its introduction [3] and decree 31/1995 Sb. [4].
