Předmětem diplomové práce „Hotel Morava” je zpracování projektové dokumentace pro provedení stavby. Podkladem pro vypracování diplomové práce je studie stavby zpracovaná v projektu I. Diplomová práce obsahuje technickou zprávu, tepelně technické posouzení obvodových konstrukcí, energetický štítek obálky budovy a výkresovou dokumentaci. Technická zpráva je sepsána dle vyhlášky 499/2006 sb. ve znění novely 62/2013 sb. o dokumentaci staveb. Hotel Morava je třípodlažní nadzemní objekt s plochou střechou. V prvním podlaží se nachází jídelna s kuchyní pro hosty hotelu a bar. Druhé a třetí nadzemní podlaží obsahuje třicet pět pokojů pro hosty. Ve středu budovy je atrium, které prohází všemi patry a prosvětluje je. Nosnou konstrukci objektu tvoří železobetonový skelet, který je vyplněn keramickými tvárnicemi. Stavba je navržena tak, aby sloužila účelu po stránce provozní, ekonomické a estetické.

The topic of the diploma thesis „Hotel Moravia“ is processing project documentation for rendition of contruction. Base for making dissertation is study of construction, which is processed in project I. Diploma thesis includes technical report, thermal technical appraisal of peripheral contruction, energetic label of contruction and drawing documentation. Technical report is written according to notice 499/2006, asmended notice 62/2013 sb. about documentation of buildings. Hotel Morava is three-storey overground object with the flat roof. In the first storey there are the dinning room with the kitchen for guests and the bar. In the second and the third overground storey there are thirty five rooms for guests. In the middle of this building there is the atrium, which goes through all the storeys and lights them. Supporting structure of the object is reinforced concrete frame, which is filled with ceramic blocks. The building is designed for operational, economic and estetic purposes.
