Vývoj demonstrační aplikace pro HD SSL světlomety

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the design and implementation of a demonstration application for HD SSL (High Definition Solid-State Lighting) headlights. The aim is to design a system enabling the generation and transmission of image data to an HD SSL module. The theoretical part briefly introduces modern automotive lighting technologies with a focus on LED and HD SSL systems, as well as communication interfaces such as UART, CAN, and LVDS. The practical part focuses on the analysis of the original system and the design of a custom solution. It includes the implementation of a host application, a microcontroller-based control unit, and a high-speed output interface. The work also covers PCB design, power supply, and mechanical enclosure. The final part presents testing results confirming correct data transmission. However, full functionality requires a diagnostic communication link. The thesis provides a functional solution and a basis for further development.
