Vytvoření podnikatelského plánu pro založení wellness fitcentra

Abstract

The main goal of this thesis is to create a business plan for the establishment of a new wellness fitness center. In the practical part are used SWOT analysis and methods of financial analysis. The financial costs of the wellness fitness center, sales plans for two years in three different scenarios and the largest competitor in the area up to 10 kilometers were identified. Based on the data obtained, the company has the potential to prosper in the market. All results are shown in tables or graphs. At the end of the work is a SWOT analysis, which includes measures against threats to the company.
