Metodika implemantace principu štíhlé výroby v podmínkách hutních organizací a navazující druhovýroby

Abstract

Lean manufacturing in production can not be seen as just cost reduction. It´s primary goal is to maximize added value for the customer. This will be possible only while steady improvent of company processes which will be aimed at increasing productivity, quality, shortenning time of processing and development of inovations. Lean manufacturing principles, originated in automotive, can not be only copied and applied in other areas. Specifics of each industrial production must be respected. This theses deals analyzes use of lean manufacturing principles in steel production and further metal processing steps. At this time there are tens of possible solutions of streamlining implementation. We can also meet with huge amount of used tools and metrics. Numbers of them are only usefull in seriál production. The aim of these thesis is, based on analysis of three production subjects, to propose optimal methodics for implementation and use of lean manufacturing principles in stated industrial areas. The created methodics should then fully respect stated specifications and character of those areas.
