Pasívny rodinný dom na svahu s koreňovou čistiarňou a zelenou strechou

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a passive family house in the town of Vratimov, including the sizing of a domestic wastewater treatment plant and a storm sewer. The documentation is processed at the stage for the implementation of the construction and contains a text and drawing part. The architectural and construction solution includes a two-storey building in the shape of the letter "U" with a central atrium, designed from the Heluz masonry system. The infill structures are made of aluminum profiles, a characteristic element is the vegetation roof smoothly passing into the terrain. The technical part focuses on the design and dimensioning of internal and external sewerage distribution. A root treatment plant with subsequent infiltration and a rainwater accumulation system for irrigation and possibly for technical purposes are designed. In the end, the optimization of the energy consumption of the building is solved with an emphasis on the principles of the passive standard.
