Abstract
The intention is to evaluate and refer the problems of industrial zones and foreign direct investment, including their impact on the whole Czech Republic and the regional of investment attractiveness of the region. The theoretical section describes foreign investment, industrial zones and industrial zones in the financing of the Czech Republic, including the impact on regional development. In the practical part is specification of industrial zones in the Czech Republic where is compared five strategic areas and industrial zones in the Moravian- Silesian Region.
