Abstract
This thesis deals with peer evaluations of risk factors of working conditions (dust, ammonia, noise and microclimatic conditions) affecting employees' health and animal husbandry in the treatment of poultry and proposing optimization of protection against their harmful health effects. The theoretical part is devoted to the characteristics of poultry livestock production and description of risk factors that operate here on staff. The next section provides a brief description and history of the company, its division into individual farms and description of work activities nurse´s poultry in a given society. The main part is a brief description of the measurement instruments, the description and results of the measurement on the selected poultry farms, assessment results, design innovation occupational health measures and recommendations to a reduction of harmful factors on the health of employees.
