Omezení při příjmání humanitární pomoci na základě vyznání

Abstract

Předložená diplomová práce se věnuje problematice odlišností v přijímání humanitární pomoci na základě vyznání. Úvodní část popisuje vývoj a postupné formování humanitární pomoci od samotného počátku dobročinnosti. Další část práce poskytuje všeobecný přehled o oblasti humanitární pomoci. Na tuto část navazuje souhrn právních předpisů, který se dotýká této problematiky a popis jednotlivých aktérů humanitární pomoci na území České republiky. Cílem práce je stanovit hlavní oblasti omezení při přijímání humanitární pomoci na základě příslušnosti k určité církvi a náboženské společnosti, posoudit tato omezení na vybraném území a navrhnout příručku pro poskytovatele humanitární pomoci s ohledem na náboženské zvyklosti.

The submitted thesis is devoted to the issue of differences in the adoption of humanitarian assistance on the basis of religion. The introductory part describes the development and the gradual formation of the humanitarian help from the very beginning of the charity. The next part of the thesis provides a general overview of the field of humanitarian aid. This part follows a summary of the legislation that affects this issue and a description of the various actors of humanitarian aid on the territory of the Czech republic. The aim of this paper is to establish the main areas of constraints in the adoption of humanitarian assistance on the basis of membership of a particular church and religious society, to assess the constraints on the selected territory and to propose a guide for providers of humanitarian assistance with regard to religious practice.
