Analýza medicínských vyšetření.

Abstract

This diploma thesis puts mind to creation of application whose goal at the beginning is to collect data from all ultrasound investigations at the “Alimentary Tract Care Centre” of Vítkovická nemocnice a.s. After some time when sufficiency of data is collected the application will turn from rather database system into analyzing tool. Whole software is designed to combine functions of analytic and information system. Mostly statistical methods were used for analytic functions so that results of user researches of gained data had predicative character. The whole text part of the diploma thesis is divided into three chapters. The first one puts mind to acknowledgement with submitter’s needs and with the intended system usage. Second part describes the chosen statistical characteristics to get satisfying research results. And the third chapter practically involves two in one and touches upon design of the entire system and implementation of application. It will also describe some testing methods of the system.
