Abstract

This diploma dissertation is dedicated to a marketing strategy of the company´s management of Student Agency,s.r.o.The dissertation focuses on fundamentals of the strategic management and describes the structure of this management in its theoretical part. Other chapters of the diploma dissertation analyze the marketing strategy of the company based on the marketing research and consequently the measures are proposed for its improvement. The conclusion of this dissertation reveals the mistakes in the mangement of the company, but also highlights the steps leading to successful position of Student Agency in our market.
