Abstract

The aim is to assess the localization theses factors that affect investors in the localization of large investments in the country and assess the positive and negative effects of investments the region and in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part theses is divided into two areas. The first focuses on the description of the concepts of regional policy and theory of regional development. The second area deals with theories localization, historical evolution and implementation stages, from the beginning of the existence of this concept of a leg. Part of the theory of chapter is also a description of factors that foreign investors considered less or more important in deciding the location of investment in the country. These factors are subsequently "applied to the selected Toyota Peugeot Citroën Automobile Czech-investor Peugeot Citroen Automobile. The aim of the third chapter is primarily an artist, to what extent were each location factors of the investor's important when he decided to place the automobile plant in the Czech Republic. The last day of theses is dedicated to evaluate both positive and negative effects of investments in the industrial zone of Cologne-IP lines for the Czech Republic, Central Bohemian region and Cologne. Conclusion of work focuses on recommendations on the basis of knowledge, the author considers important for attracting investors to the Czech Republic.
