Hodnocení kontaminace podzemních vod na lokalitě Hradčany - uplatnění procesů přirozené atenuace

Abstract

This thesis is focused on an evaluation of groundwater pollution on Hradčany site - Natural Attenuation Processes use. A military airport Hradcany is ranked among ancient environmental burdens, which were left by the former regime in the area of Czech Republic. This area has significant oil pollution lighter than water (LNAPL - Light Non-Aqueous Phase Liquids). There was used a supported biodegradation like the most considerable remedial method. The biodegradation is one of the remedial method making uses of microorganisms or microbial processes for removing pollutants. The thesis deals with the characteristics of natural conditions of the interested area and the evaluation of decontamination methods that have been applied to the area. A part of the thesis deals with the updated risk analysis as well.
